Crumbl’s Brownie Sundae Packs 1130 Calories as Labels Show Per Serving
Crumbl's Brownie Sundae has 1130 calories, but menus list calories per serving, a quarter of each dessert. Here is how to read Crumbl's nutrition labels.

Crumbl’s Brownie Sundae contains 1130 calories, according to a report from Daily Meal, yet the chain’s website lists it at 490 calories “per serving.” Each serving covers only about a quarter of the dessert, so the smaller number understates what a person eats if they finish the whole thing.
The same labeling approach runs across the cookie menu, where calorie counts in stores are shown per serving and each cookie holds four servings.
How the in-store menu counts calories
Crumbl menus print a calorie figure under each cookie. The Milk Chocolate Chip cookie appears as 180 calories and the Cotton Candy cookie as 200. A disclaimer in small print in the corner of the menu explains that these numbers are for one serving and that every cookie contains four of them.
Counted for the full cookie, the Milk Chocolate Chip comes to 720 calories and the Cotton Candy to 800, Daily Meal reported.
What the website shows instead
The nutrition page on Crumbl’s website is clearer, because it places the per-serving amount next to a “per dessert” figure. That is where the Cookie Dough cookie shows up at 940 calories for one cookie.
The site still leaves some arithmetic to the customer. It gives a serving size of 30 grams but does not state how many servings each cookie contains, so a buyer has to work out the total weight on their own. Daily Meal called this another way the chain makes its numbers harder to read.
A customer who reads only the menu board and orders two cookies sees 180 and 200 calories for a Milk Chocolate Chip and a Cotton Candy cookie. Counted per dessert, the same pair comes to 720 and 800 calories.
The 1130-calorie Brownie Sundae
The Brownie Sundae is a brownie topped with vanilla mousse, fudge, rainbow sprinkles and a cherry. Its full calorie count drew reactions from fans on TikTok and Reddit once it became widely known, with many posting their disbelief at the total. Like the cookies, it is listed on the website at the much lower per-serving figure.
Sugar follows the same pattern. One serving of the brownie lists 32 grams of sugar, while the whole dessert has 70 grams. Many of Crumbl’s cookies contain between 40 and 50 grams of sugar for the entire cookie, according to the report.
What it means for people buying a box
Crumbl is known for a menu that changes every week, and it sells non-cookie desserts such as cinnamon squares and brownies alongside its cookies. Because flavors rotate so often, the in-store board is where most customers see nutrition numbers, and that board shows a quarter of each item.
For anyone tracking calories or sugar, the figure that matters is the “per dessert” number on the website, or the menu number multiplied by four.
The report noted that fans like Crumbl’s desserts for their taste, and argued that buyers should still know exactly what each one contains before ordering.
